About this deal
As you know (or maybe you don't; now you will), I'm a big fan of Funko's Pixar POPs, so this was a release I was super excited about. This ongoing battle against Croc added a narrative layer to Coco Pops commercials, making breakfast a thrilling adventure. This wasn’t just a fashion update; it marked Coco’s transition into a more anthropomorphic, relatable character. He wasn’t just selling cereal anymore; he was performing catchy jingles and embedding the phrase, “I’d rather have a bowl of Coco Pops!
If you collect the box as well as the figure and you're concerned about the condition of the box, please contact us before purchasing and we can supply you with a product photo. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Other than the guitar pick that I was sent from the D23 Expo, this is officially my very first Coco merch purchase!Helping Miguel on his journey in the Land of the Dead, the skeleton Hector wears a straw hat and torn clothing, while his smile reveals a gold tooth. To my excitement, the man there said they had one chase Miguel—however they're not allowed to put chase figures on hold. The beloved mascot of Coco Pops, known for his catchy jingles and cereal-safeguarding antics, is now captured in adorable vinyl, standing thumbs up with his classic, toothy grin. Coco received a makeover, now sporting a blue baseball cap adorned with a ‘C’ in a yellow circle, a white T-shirt boldly declaring his name, and casual, rolled-up jeans.
Right now, there are three common releases and one rare limited edition "CHASE" release (more on that below): Miguel (common—skeleton face), Ernesto, Hector and Miguel (chase—normal face).
