About this deal

The Nutribullet app includes hundreds of recipes and allows you to filter based on personal wellness goals such as weight loss or heart health. You can also search for dairy-free, vegan and nut-free recipes, among other options. In fact, whatever specialised diet you want to follow, from low carb to high protein, the Balance aims to cater to your needs. It doesn't have a heating mechanism per se, the heat comes from the speed and duration of the spinning blades.

A second interesting factor to note is that the RX has a super-high wattage of 1700. This is pretty colossal compared to other Nutribullets, such as the Pro 900 which has, well, 900 watts of power. At 1700 watts, you'd hope for the smoothest smoothie ever, with not a chunk in sight. We'll assess this factor further below. Next up we made a smoothie in the oversize blending cup, adding pine apple, spinach, apple juice, Greek yogurt and banana. We let it blend for the full 60-second cycle – and, given the power of this blender, we weren’t surprised that it successfully pulverized all of the ingredients into a faultlessly smooth and nicely aerated smoothie. We attached the lip ring with the intention to drink it straight from the cup, but the lip ring proved too chunky so we poured the smoothie into a glass. The Nutribullet 1200 Series is a more premium version of the 1000 series, with a more powerful 1,200W motor and an extra blending cup with a handle. Soup makers have a heating element that cooks the food you blend in the jug. They're good for hands-off soup making, and many can make smoothies as well. Here you have a blender option that's close in price (almost identical if you look at the Calphalon Precision) but very different in style. With Calphalon you get a much bigger pitcher, and the added control of buttons for different things you might want to blend (frozen things, milkshakes etc). The main downside of most "bullet" style blenders is you have one speed and one power as you press down the blend.

A powerful blender for making smoothies and hot soup

The Breville has a 23 oz cup and a 15 oz insulated cup. The RX cups are larger (30 and 45 oz), and are not insulated Much more powerful than its siblings, the Nutribullet Rx also has a built-in heating element that lets you cook hot soup from scratch in seven minutes.

The NutriBullet was founded in 2012, with its first model introduced as a single-serve countertop 'personal' blender. Since then, the company has produced several different models with enhanced capabilities, such as nutrient extraction and Bluetooth technology. Each blender includes a powerful motor that can whip up a smoothie in seconds, and you can swap the extractor blade for a flip-top lid so that you can enjoy your concoctions on the go. The Auto iQ is a great blender, with more options for the user to control the blending duration. It doesn't have a heating function, but it's powerful and pretty affordable. Both great options depending on your needs. Nutribullet Rx Vs. Nutribullet Balance Features: 1,000W motor, 'smart technology' designed to adapt automatically to the type of ingredients being blended, two blending cups (0.9 litre plastic cup and an 0.8 litre insulated stainless steel cup), one lid with flip top for drinking on the moveSome reviewers have explained that by removing the blade with your hands, you are squeezing the housing from the outside, therefore creating a large enough gap for the gasket to slip out of. Whereas, when using the blade remover, the housing remains unchanged. If you're trying to get the most out of your fruits and veggies, the NutriBullet RX is the blender for you. The RX is NutriBullet's most powerful nutrition extractor ever, featuring a 1700W motor that can easily liquefy even solid ingredients. The blender can create single and family-sized servings, and even features a heating cycle for soups and sauces. The NutriBullet RX also includes hands-free smart technology, with auto start/stop functionality. As you go up the range, you get more features and extra blending capacity. The Nutribullet Rx, 1000 series, 1200 series and Balance can make several portions in one go. The Rx can also make hot soup from scratch in less than 10 minutes, while the 1000 and 1200 series include an insulated stainless steel travel cup designed to keep your smoothies ice-cold when you're out and about. The Nutribullet RX comes with a special pitcher and vented lid to make what Nutribullet marketing calls "souperblasts" (yes, you can just call it soup). Once you've loaded the pitcher with soup (or sauce) ingredients and screwed the vented lid on top, you screw it into the base. Press the "g" button on the Magic Bullet symbol at the bottom of the base until it turns red, this will turn on the heating function.

The Original NutriBullet is perfect for people who want to make the occasional smoothie. The Original NutriBullet features a 600W motor and extractor blade that blends fruits and veggies in seconds to create delicious and healthy smoothies. The compact blender is also dishwasher safe, and includes a 24oz / 710 container with lid that you can take on the go.

If your motor base needs cleaning, use a cloth to wipe it off but remember to first unplug your Bullet. If it needs a more thorough cleaning, use warm soapy water and a toothbrush to scrub inside. Wipe it clean and allow it to air dry before using again. Each cup has a “Max” line, don’t add any food or liquid above this line. The blade needs to be able to rotate and extract effectively and going over the Max line can make it hard for your ingredients to blend evenly. It may even cause leakage, and no one wants that. The Ultima is a bullet blender and pitcher blender in one, with different blades for each vessel (pro extractor blades for the bullet cups and the Total Crushing Blades for the pitcher)

Features: Motor base, extractor blade, batch bowl, Easy Pop freezer tray with lid, six storage cups with tray, baby food recipe bookThe rubber gasket can come out: by far, the most common complaint, as we learned earlier. Many people have found that the rubber gasket pops out of the housing, and sometimes even finds it's way into the blades. Others are adamant that this is completely avoidable if the blade remover is used to remove the blades. The NN Auto iQ has auto-cycle buttons (blend and ultra blend), as well as a start button and a pulse button for more control. The RX has no buttons except the Souperblast button, otherwise it runs by a hands-free auto cycle The blade remover comes into play again here too, as reviewers have said if you use it to tighten the blades sufficiently, you won't get leakages. Don't take this as gospel though, as others have found the RX leaks even with the tightest blade application. How Does It Compare to Other Models? Nutribullet Rx Vs 1200 Leaks: quite a few unhappy customers have found that the RX leaks from the bottom, through the blade housing, and into the base. Others have found that a greasy, dark substance leaks from the blade housing into the cup, contaminating the smoothie/soup. The Blendtec is a traditional blender with a base and a pitcher which loads from the top, and pours with a spout into a drinking vessel. It does not have bullet-style cups. The RX has a pitcher which is only for heating soups, and bullet-style cups which can double as portable drinking cups
