On October 19, Royal Mail issued its third celebration of the Harry Potter fantasy fiction franchise within the space of 16 years. Whereas the 2007 set paid tribute to the original series of seven novels by J K Rowling, and the 2018 set depicted characters and scenes from the earlier film adaptations, this issue presents an older cast as they appear in the later films, and have a darker tone.
